Kimberly Paddison

Vice President

Kim has spent nearly 30 years working with some of the leading industry providers of Senior Living and Home and Community Based Services. She has extensive knowledge of all aspects of today’s vibrant senior living communities and what it takes to stand out in a competitive market. She has worked both in direct sales and on a strategic level, most recently with Acts Retirement-Life Communities as the Director of Sales and Marketing for both Buckingham’s Choice & Fairhaven communities.

Over the last 7 years at Buckingham’s Choice, she was instrumental in the growth of the community by reviewing all the “touch” points by each of the departments in the community including dining, general services, healthcare, administration and sales team. The results speak for themselves with an occupancy level in the high ninety’s, residents that love where they live and families knowing that their loved ones made a great choice in the communities, they have chosen to call home.

At Love & Company, she worked with Senior Living communities conducting marketing assessments, feasibility studies, mystery shopping and sales training programs. Kim worked as an individual consultant for four years in the role of Life Plan Community expansion consultant and as a territory development consultant for home and community-based services. With the Asbury Methodist Village, The Asbury Group and Asbury Communities, she served in several roles including Director of Business Development, Health Services Sales and Marketing, Director of Admissions and Director of Therapeutic Recreation. She was on the team responsible for the successful re-positioning project on the Asbury Methodist Village campus.

Kimberly After Hours...

Kim loves spending time laughing, attending college sports events, traveling and cooking with her husband and four adult children. She has very special place in her heart for animals; she has been an active volunteer for several cat rescue groups for over 20 years. If there are a few minutes left in the day, you will often see her and her husband volunteering in their hometown of Frederick, MD, with her Rotary family. Kim likes to keep busy!
