Debra’s professional experience as an Independent business owner and project manager has provided a solid foundation for roles in senior living, including Director of Sales and Marketing, Traveling Regional Sales Specialist and Executive Director in 3 communities, including pre-build to lease up. As a Sales Specialist for Solutions Advisors, Debra will work with our community clients to develop outreach, sales and business development strategies by identifying innovative approaches and opportunities to improve performance and exceed sales goals.
Debra’s professional experience began as an interior designer and business owner. Managing her own design firm for 15 years gave her the opportunity to work on some large senior living projects and a new passion for serving seniors was born.
Debra served as Director of Community Relations, with the community reaching 100% occupancy for the first time in the history of the community. As a Regional Sales Specialist she helped communities market, hire and train Community Relations staff. Moving into an Executive Director role, she served in 3 communities in 3 different states. Her broad experience in senior living has given her an understanding of the complete process of initial contact with families and the ongoing needs that arise as a resident moves through the various stages of aging.

Living from California to Minnesota, and stops in between, Debra’s favorite way to spend time is with her husband Brian and her dog Stella. Golf and camping are big on the list of activities as well as travel to see children, grandchildren and extended family with trips to Hawaii as often as possible.
