Formerly VP of Sales & Marketing for Bethesda Senior Living communities, Angela drove $68 million revenue across for 21 independent, assisted living, and memory care communities serving more than 1500 residents across six states. Angela served BSLC for more than three years in driving marketing and sales strategy for acquisitions, operating communities, and new developments and evaluating new markets.
Angela has worked in senior living marketing, sales, start-up, and turnaround since 2000, with most of her career spent serving CCRCs in start-up or redevelopment. She previously consulted across the country for Seniority, Inc. and Human Good, driving strategy for marketing, sales, pricing, and product for four ownership groups representing product types from entrance fee CCRC to stand-alone skilled nursing. As a consultant, she worked with organizations like Christian Living Communities, Lutheran Life Villages, and Heritage at Kalamazoo.
Angela has filled high-end entrance fee communities for Vi and United Church Homes & Services. She loves identifying talent, growing teams through targeted training, and creating winning strategies that produce results.

Angela will tell you she “lives in heaven” near Denver, Colorado. She loves to hike, ski, and camp with her husband Andrew and two teenage daughters. While she grew up in Iowa and started her senior living career in Virginia, she learned to ski, mountain bike, and paddleboard in her 30s to keep up with her outdoorsy kids and friends.
Angela also loves to travel to new cities and adores musical theater.
