TEAM HIGHLIGHTS

WELCOME BRAD CLOWNEY SVP FINANCE & ASSET MANAGEMENT

Brad brings over 17 years of progressive corporate finance experience across the senior living, healthcare and banking industries. In his role as Senior Vice President Finance and Asset Management for Solvere Senior Living, Brad oversees finance and accounting services for Solvere managed communities, develops pro formas for new development and drives market research to evaluate Solvere management and acquisition opportunities.

As finance leader for the Southeast region of a publicly-traded healthcare corporation, Brad designed and implemented management reporting dashboards as well as a new model which optimized productivity and streamlined the quarterly forecast and annual budget process. Brad was instrumental in partnering with operations leadership to deliver double digit revenue growth with a 300-basis point increase in operating margin for his portfolio of assets across multiple states and service lines.

As Director of Financial Reporting and Director of Asset Management with Horizon Bay Retirement Living, Brad was responsible for over 90 communities and 16,000 units.

Brad after hours…
Outside the office, Brad squeezes in as much golf as possible while still spending time with his wife, son, teenage step-daughters and two rescue dogs. On Saturdays in the fall he is pretty much glued to the tv set watching college football – plus he is well on the way to accomplishing his goal of visiting every Power 5 college football stadium in the country.

WELCOME JOSEPH GEISER CDM CFPP DIRECTOR OF DINING SERVICES

Joe Geiser comes to Solvere with an extensive background in food service management for senior living communities as well as corporate and nonprofit organizations. As Director of Dining Services for Solvere, Joe oversees all aspects of culinary services for Solvere’s managed communities across the country, including menu development, nutritional guidelines, hiring and training food service directors, establishing budgets and ensuring that the dining experience across all communities delivers a high standard of customer service.

Joe started his 30+ year career as a lead cook for a full-service restaurant and worked his way up the culinary career ladder as director of food and beverage operations at a half dozen senior living communities including a 500-resident community with an operating budget of over $1.2 million and a staff of 70, and two multi-site organizations serving a total of 29 communities. Joe created and implemented Food Service Operations Policy and Procedure Manuals, successfully organized food service operations at 10 start up communities and negotiated vendor contracts to maximize potential and control expenses.

Joe’s goal is to maximize customer satisfaction and enhance and improve all aspects of culinary services at each Solvere community, with a focus on promoting excellence as an everyday standard.

Joe after hours…
Joe lives in the middle wine country on the North Fork of Long Island. He enjoys spending time with his wife of 30 years, Suzanne on annual vacations in Puerto Rico. Joe has 3 adult children and one grandchild. Joe also enjoys woodworking, tackling home improvement projects and playing racquetball. When relaxing he can be found enjoying a fine cigar while tending to the BBQ grill.
