Solutions Advisors’ Richmond Office Expands Capabilities
Solutions Advisors has made two significant new hires that are taking our skill set and client-facing offerings to a new level. Beth Simos joined the Richmond team the first week of June and brings over 30 years of operational leadership and strategic marketing experience in both private and public industries, including 13 years’ experience in senior living marketing at the agency level.
A Certified Direct Marketer, Beth provides in-depth knowledge of direct marketing programs with an expertise in lead generation and customer engagement strategies.
As Senior Vice President for Solutions Advisors, Beth is responsible for leading and managing the company’s expanding marketing services team using her broad expertise in a wide variety of marketing disciplines including consumer research, brand development, event planning, direct response and digital marketing. In this new role she oversees creative, production, research, media and account management teams while identifying and implementing processes and procedures designed to streamline and improve efficiencies of the Richmond office while increasing client satisfaction.
Beth noted, “Process management is an extremely vital component of creating high-quality and strategic creative work in an agency. Especially when that agency is in growth mode and there is a high volume of projects moving through the pipeline. It can be challenging to make sure that growth is happening in a smart and controlled way in order to scale for growth. This is something that I am passionate about and I have had a lot of experience with throughout my career. I am excited about working with such a tremendously talented team.”
Prior to joining Solutions Advisors, Beth served as Vice President Managing Director at one of the leading marketing and advertising agencies focused on senior living where she managed agency operations to drive enhanced profitability and revenue growth.
Also new to Solutions Advisors is Dianna Leyton who joined the team in May as a Digital Strategist. Dianna recently received her MBA from The George Washington University and brings expertise in website analytics, search engine optimization, content marketing strategy, social media management, marketing automation and digital advertising.
Beth Simos remarked, “With the addition of Dianna, the company is in a better position to align our digital resources with the ever-changing needs of our clients. The digital landscape is always changing. We have to adapt to meet senior living prospects where they are.”
Dianna added, “Having worked on the agency-side where we worked with clients from a variety of vertical markets, it’s been exciting to devote my attention solely to senior living with Solutions Advisors. I’ve been focusing on the ebb and flow sales cycle and how we can overcome roadblocks to improve our digital conversion rates.”
Jeff Felton, Dianna’s supervisor, summed up what the addition of Dianna means to the team and to Solutions Advisors: “We’ve put a good deal of emphasis on mirroring our digital efforts to that of our sales philosophy in regards to addressing a prospect’s ‘stage of readiness.’ With Dianna on board, we are able to better focus on our personalized touch points with prospects and how to more efficiently and effectively usher them through the sales journey and ultimately towards a buying decision.”
In her role with Solutions Advisors, Dianna is developing, designing and overseeing the execution of customized digital marketing campaigns for our consulting and managed community clients.
