At The Clare, Chicago’s preeminent retirement community, the holidays were anything but dull. At a time when most communities experience slow sales, The Clare was hopping with 10 deposits and 9 move-ins in December alone. The year-end goal of 42 move-ins was exceeded by five resulting in an ending occupancy of 198 or 80%.
