I’ve had the great fortune to work directly with Solutions Advisors (SA) two different times under very different circumstances. While I’ve worked with many different consultants, I found SA’s approach to be distinctly unique because of their highly customized approach.

Most recently I’ve worked with Kristin a second time. Both of our campuses have experienced significant growth which has been fueled by the marketing plan you crafted and the sales training you provided our team. The first quarter of 2015 was the most successful quarter we have had at Cristwood Park in years. With 20 gross sales in the first quarter, we beat last year’s results fivefold. Results like this are the product of a solid plan, sound guidance and a team willing to move forward with the new strategy. Our water front campus, Crista Shores, enjoyed occupancy between 90%-93%. While many would have been happy with these results, you helped us discover the key marketing advantages, and deliver a plan to use these strengths in the market. We have reached 100% occupancy and are building a waiting list.

As a faith based organization, I appreciate your ability to respect our faith and mission. Your team had no problem integrating this important aspect into our plan and marketing materials.
