Solutions Advisors was retained in October 2012 to provide marketing and sales management during the pre-sales and lease up for this new 175 apartment luxury continuing care retirement community sponsored by the LA Jewish Home. Within 11 months of opening of the sales center, the community was 70% pre-sold, which holds the record for the quickest timeframe for achieving 70% pre-sales for a new Continuing Care Retirement Community in the state of California, as verified by Cain Brothers.

The project reached 100% pre-sold within 13 months. The community opened in February 2017 and had 120 independent living move-ins within the first 4.5 months with 49 move-ins occurring in the first 30 days. We achieved 90% occupancy within 9 months of opening.
