Established in 2007, Concordia Life Plan Community in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma was built on a foundation of people helping people and serving seniors inside and outside the community walls. In 2016, Concordia was working to increase occupancy in their 96-apartment community and they turned to Solutions Advisors Group for help. The relationship was in place and successful… and then COVID hit.

Solutions Advisors Group and the Concordia team now had to work even harder to overcome a new set of prospect objections and anxiety over moving into a community.  While existing marketing campaigns were running, Solutions Advisors Group continued to push forward – introducing virtual meetings, expanding direct mail and online reach and making even more direct, personal connections with potential residents.

With sales and marketing support from Solutions Advisors Group, the Concordia team finished 2021 with the most entrance fees they have had in the five years working with each other and above the goal that was set when the year began. Independent living occupancy also increased to 94%.
