Paul O’Brien
Paul brings more than 15 years experience in operations, sales and marketing and community development. He specializes in taking a holistic approach to problem solving in looking at a community’s unique market position along with its strengths, weaknesses and opportunities:
- As Executive Director for Bear Creek Assisted Living, he was responsible for all operations and sales and marketing for this community which was in bankruptcy protection upon his arrival. Upon his departure, the community enjoyed an excellent reputation and was at 96% capacity with a healthy pipeline.
- As Executive Director for Sunrise Assisted Living, Paul was part of the project management team in the development of a twelve million dollar community. He was responsible for the initial community integration marketing then hired and trained the sales team that went on to meet and exceed all pre-sale deposit goals.
- Paul is a master trainer and had human resource responsibilities for the Sunrise University mandated educational training sessions. He was consistently in the top of the region in NOI due to astute financial management of the community’s budget.
Paul holds a Master of Public Administration in Health Service from Kean University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pace University. He is a Certified Assisted Living Administrator and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of New Jersey.
