<li>As Head of the Senior Housing Finance Group for HSH Nordbank AG, he established a business platform focused on senior housing organizations. Products provided include acquisition and recapitalization term loans, construction loans, letters of credit to support tax-exempt bonds, mezzanine/high-yield debt, development loans and equity.</li>
<li> During his four years as Head of Senior Housing, he led his team to become one of the top providers of capital to this industry, successfully raising and closing nearly $4.0 billion of financings.</li>
<li>As Managing Director, Senior Housing Finance Group for Banc of America Securities, David led a specialty investment banking team that focused on providing financial products and related services to senior housing organizations.</li>
</ul>
<p>Over his career David has led many innovative transactions and developed and maintained strong relationships with leading investment banks, commercial banks, private equity sponsors, financial advisory firms, feasibility consultants, bond counsels and many senior housing providers and developers. </p>
<p>He has successfully completed transactions in a variety of senior housing sectors such as home healthcare providers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living providers and continuing care retirement communities both for not-for-profit organizations as well as for-profit providers.</p>
