Assisted Living and Memory Care | The Brielle at Seaview | Staten Island, New York

In March 2016, Solutions Advisors was engaged to conduct a marketing and sales assessment for this non-profit Staten Island assisted living and memory care community. Solutions Advisors restructured the sales team and implemented a sales culture in the community. Move-ins increased from an average of 1.5 to 5.25 per month and occupancy rose from 13 to 31, or a 139% increase, in just four months. In September 2016, Solvere Living was awarded a full management contract for The Brielle, a testament to the swift and significant impact of our actions and involvement with this community. With full management responsibility, Solvere achieved 9 move-ins in October 2016 (its first full month of management), and achieved breakeven performance in October 2017. In 2017, move-ins continued to grow to an average of 6 per month by year end. 2018 continues to see growth in occupancy and profitability.
