Fountainview at Eisenberg Village, Reseda, CA
Fountainview, located in Reseda, California, is a high-end CCRC owned by the Jewish Home. The community opened in 2010 with 108 independent living residences. The problem – as of February 2012, Fountainview had only a 63% occupancy rate with 40 residences left to fill. The solution – Solutions Advisors was hired to conduct a marketing assessment to evaluate existing sales and marketing practices, make recommendations for improved velocity of sales, develop a comprehensive marketing plan, and implement new training practices to enable the sales team to reach occupancy goals. Concurrently, Retiring by Design developed new lead-generation strategies including execution of creative marketing campaigns to drive inquiries to the community. The result – both average inquiries per month and initial tours tripled by January 2013, with the occupancy level increasing to 91% of capacity. In addition, SA and RBD have been retained to assist the Jewish Home on its newest endeavor – a luxury CCRC on L.A.’s Westside that will open in 2016.
St. James Place, Baton Rouge, LA
After completing a marketing audit in April 2011, Solutions Advisors was engaged to assist with the marketing and sales efforts at this CCRC, where occupancy had fallen to 84%. By the end of 2011, occupancy had reached 90% and monthly deposits had tripled.
Winchester Gardens, Maplewood, NJ
This CCRC called upon Solutions Advisors to manage its sales and marketing after experiencing a significant decline in IL occupancy. Our team increased year-over-year move-ins, bringing occupancy above covenant level. The community also engaged Solutions Advisors to conduct a “culture change” audit to analyze communication, productivity and customer and employee satisfaction in the health center.
